Dallas Perry
While at art school, Dallas discovered printmaking: a process-driven way of making images that allowed time to daydream over the possibilities of the works she would create. The work that Dallas generates is a direct response to the landscapes that surround her, where she visualises the atmospheric elements of the environment. Dallas divides her time between her family life, art practice, and work as a Principal Lecturer at North Metropolitan TAFE, where she teaches printmaking and drawing as well as developing curriculum and training for other lecturers in the creative industries.
