Rebecca Koerting

Rebecca Koerting is a contemporary abstract artist from Perth. Her works are interpretations of secret worlds that she imagines - hidden societies deep in the ocean and pockets of reefs we may never see. Rebecca’s paintings are modern abstractions of hidden worlds, full of texture and colour. Her two collections consist of and ocean style with lots of blues that are an abstract interpretation of our amazing Australian turquoise shorelines and coral reefs, and another interpretation of the ocean and coral that is full of texture with deep feelings and emotions being captured in the fluid and prominent brushstrokes. Rebecca hopes her artworks illicit an emotional response and a collectors’ connection to an artwork is welcomed.
