Kirsten Shenton-Smith

Kirsten Shenton-Smith is a full time artist living and working in East Fremantle. Kirsten has been drawing her whole life and in the last few years has been on a journey of exploration of ballpoint pen as a medium. The exploration included experimentation of surface, subject matter and size or artworks completed. The result is an exciting body of work that Kirsten has exhibited in three exhibitions over the last three years. With a passion for portraiture, Kirsten draws people, places, household objects and is fascinated by the shapes and shadows of everyday life.
