Rachael Stay

Image-empty-state.png

Rachael has studied plants and their forms all her life and she has an innate sense for flowers and their structures. Rachael is in awe of nature and feels the happiest when depicting their beauty in her art. Colour is very important in her works, like a facial expression, and she feels an emotional connection to the colours used within her paintings. Rachael lives close to a national park and paints in her studio at the bottom of the garden. With the doors to her studio open wide most of the year, she is blessed to listen to the beautiful songs of the Australian bush. The aim of her art is to portray the beauty within nature, with a hint of a vintage vibe and twist of eclectic and unique mix of colours.
