Over the last number of years, Camilla has very much enjoyed being a member of the Perth College community. She has been invited by the Visual Arts Department on numerous occasions to conduct workshops to senior students, and to engage with these students on art camps. In her professional practice, Camilla's method of creating art is process-driven, as she enables work to emerge with pigment inks, oils, charcoal, graphite and wax on numerous surfaces. She has exhibited and received awards for her work in significant national art prizes and is represented in public and private collections within Australia and abroad. She was curator of the Mandorla Art Prize (2009-2012) and worked for the Art for Change organization in New Delhi (2016) as an international artist-in-residence. For several years, Camilla was a tutor in Visual Arts at DADAA in Fremantle, working with adults who live with disability. Currently, Camilla mentors adults in Art Practice through the NDIS, and studies at Notre Dame University in Fremantle as a PhD candidate in Creative Practice Research.
